This policy explains how our website uses cookies and similar technologies. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. Similar technologies, such as local storage, do the same job. Some are essential to make a website work. Others, such as those used for analytics or advertising, are optional, and the law says we must ask for your consent before using them.
2. How we use them
Apart from the Google map on our Contact page (see section 4), our website does not use cookies or similar technologies to track you, measure how you use the site, or show you advertising, and it does not set any other cookies on your device when you browse it.
We do not use:
- analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager
- advertising or remarketing tags, including Google Ads and Meta (Facebook) pixels
- live chat, call tracking or heatmap tools
- embedded social media feeds or videos
3. The cookies that can appear
| Cookie or technology | Set by | What it is for | How long it lasts |
|---|---|---|---|
| Google Maps cookies | Google, when the Contact page loads | Google may set cookies when the map loads on our Contact page. We do not control them. | Set by Google. See Google’s cookie information |
4. Google Maps
The Contact page shows a Google map of our office. When you open that page, your browser connects to Google, which receives information such as your IP address and may set cookies. If you would rather not load it, you can find our address in the footer of every page.
Find out more about how Google uses cookies at policies.google.com/technologies/cookies.
5. Links to other sites
Our website links to our Facebook page and our LinkedIn profile. Those links do not set cookies on our website. Once you visit those sites, their own cookie policies apply.
6. If this changes
If we add analytics or similar tools in future, we will ask for your consent before they run, using a cookie banner that lets you accept or refuse them, and we will update this policy first.
7. Managing cookies
You can control and delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can block them altogether, although some websites may not work as expected. The website aboutcookies.org explains how to do this for common browsers.
