About DC Fire Protection
A Northamptonshire-based passive fire protection contractor working on projects across the UK. Established in October 2015, we carry out installation and remedial work for contractors and building teams, and agree the scope, access and records with you before work starts.
Who we are
DC Fire Protection is a passive fire protection contractor based in Raunds, Northamptonshire. Established in October 2015, we install fire stopping and fire barriers and carry out remedial passive fire protection work for contractors, facilities teams and building managers.
Our directors and operatives have worked in the passive fire protection industry for many years. Our operatives are based throughout the UK and travel nationwide, installing a wide range of passive fire protection systems.
We work to the specification and the manufacturer’s installation instructions, and we agree the scope, access and records with you before work starts.

What we do
Our main work is installation and remedial work, with surveys and fire curtains available alongside it.
Fire stopping and compartmentation
Installation and remedial work at service openings and junctions within fire-resisting construction.
Fire barriers and cavity barriers
Passive barrier installation for concealed spaces and compartmentation details.
Remedial fire protection works
Putting right passive fire protection issues in existing buildings, working from your report or schedule of defects.
RECORDS
Records that support the work
We use Bolster as part of our documentation approach. It lets contractors, building managers, construction teams and facilities departments keep track of fire stopping work, and information can be entered from any internet-connected device.
The records you need and the handover arrangements are agreed for the project.
